Extra Judicial murders by the state forces continue with impunity. No one is concerned.-Simranjit Singh Mānn

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the mode of death of these so called militants is never revealed by the Hindu Indian state. We can presume that these are extra judicial murders of the poor Muslims in Kashmir.
The Union Territory or Jammu and Kashmir has been given draconian powers under the beastly law Armed Forces Special Powers Act) to kill, maim, torture, molest, rape, kidnap, abduct and detain a Kashmiri indefinitely, all with impunity .
The Supreme Court remains a silent watcher to all these unconstitutional extra judicial murders though it is the guardian of the constitution and under article 21 of the constitution it has the power to declare this law ultra vires of the constitution.
The National Human Rights Commission in Delhi also remains a silent observer to these wicked and barbaric murders by the Hindu Indian state and its security forces. The UN and Western Democracies are no less.
