Drug lords should not be given bail or their FIR’s should not be cancelled by High Court’s and the Supreme Court.-Simranjit Singh Mānn

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that this is a good decision of the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
We have seen generally that it is the common peddler of drugs that gets caught by the law enforcement agencies. These agencies do not interrogate the peddler to find out who is his benefactor. As such the big fish escape the tentacles of the law.
Our party hopes that the Supreme Court will also follow this decision and not let the big drug smugglers go scot free on bail or have their respective FIR’s cancelled by using their influence and money.
