Union Home Secretary Bhalla has dug the grave of all future Hindu Indian citizens to be extradited to his country.-Simranjit Singh Mānn.

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that Mr. Ajay Kumar Bhalla has the temerity to guide the Supreme Court on what it should decide on cases of citizens extradited from other countries and brought here to face justice. During the course of the present BJP- RSS Union Government Mr. Bhalla has exercised power in excess of what the constitution holds in matters of fundamental rights of the citizens. Mr Bhalla has recently been in the news for having bulldozers raise the houses of poor Muslims down to the earth, not only in Delhi but also Madhya Pardesh and UP, all hard-line extremist Hindutava states. Even though the Supreme Court ordered that these indigent Muslims houses should not be destroyed, it was Mr. Bhalla’s duty as Union Home Secretary to have the Supreme Court’s order implemented. Otherwise as Union Home Secretary Mr Bhalla presides over various Union intelligence services, the intelligence services of the paramilitary forces, posted along the LAC and diplomatic missions previously before the Taliban grabbed power in Afghanistan. He did not inform the country about the intent of Communist China to break the LAC and commit aggression in Ladakh in 2020. Had Mr Bhalla taken his job seriously and not been vindictive towards the minorities, Schedule castes and Adivavsis or Tribal’s, the Union Government would have been informed of Communist China’s intent to force its way into Ladakh, where Mr Bhalla has his IB operatives and ITBP on active duty, whose job is to gather and collate intelligence. In Afghanistan Mr Bhalla had his forces of the CRPF and ITBP posted in several missions of the Hindu Indian state in that country. There too he failed. With most of the intelligence paraphernalia at his command Mr Bhalla should have sounded the Union government on the designs of Russia on Ukraine. Even a layman like me knew that the American forces would withdraw from Afghanistan and Russia would invade Ukraine, then why did the experience of holding this high office and Mr Bhalla’s sixth sense deceive him in not taking appropriate action before these horrible events in which his countrymen were entrapped unfolded. It is not only the fault of Mr. Bhalla to commit these blunders, but the fault also lies with the Union BJP- RSS Union Government which has given him an extension in service though he should have retired some time ago. We may further state that Premier Modi has asked his British counterpart Premier Boris Johnson to have Mallya and Nirav extradited to the Hindu Indian state, knowing well that the extradition lies in the hands of the British Judiciary and not the Executive. The blunders made by Mr. Bhalla in dictating terms of punishment to Abu Saleem by the Supreme Court has made matters worse as no European country is ready to extradite Hindu Indian citizens seeking Asylum in these countries, for this very reason that the Hindu Indian state does not honour the conditions that the European countries set for extraditing Hindu Indian personnel to the Hindu Indian state. This happened in the case of S. Bhullar who was extradited from Germany on the condition that he would not receive the death penalty. But the Hindu Indian state did not honour this assurance and a three member bench of the Supreme Court headed by a Muslim judge exonerated Bhullar totally but the two Hindu judges handed down a death sentence to Bhullar. If there had been no unanimity in the three bench judgment, Bhullar should not have been given the death sentence. But this principle and the condition set by Germany was not kept. This is the reason why the bench headed by Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul has observed “since a reluctance in honouring a diplomatic assurance may hamper extradition of other fugitives being pursued by the government from other countries”. We may thus end by stating that the Union Home Secretary Mr. Ajay Kumar Bhalla on extended service has dug the grave of all future persons to be extradited to his country. Maybe he deserves more medals and long extended service to be bestowed upon him by his RSS – BJP masters. We give below the demand of the Hindu Indian state seeking Premier Boris Johnson approval of handing over more Hindu Indian citizens and the so-called Khalistani’s to the Hindu state, printed in The Tribune Dated 23rd April 2022 :
