Good article but tell us about the military debacles in Ladakh and Kashmir. Isn’t the Hindu Indian states military in a mess? -Simranjit Singh Mānn.

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that this is a good article written by the General. But he has not explained the debacle of the Hindu Indian state and its military in allowing Communist China’s PLA to gain access into Ladakh in 2020 and capture 900 sq kms of its territory, which is a shame as in 1962 the Hindu Indian state surrendered 39000 sq kms of Ladakh territory to Communist China. 

It is a shame that the Hindu Indian state and its military were found asleep when the PLA thundered in without opposition in 2020. What was the cause of this major aggression by Communist China as no heads have rolled despite the failures of the civil and military intelligence, the defence, home and external ministries in taking anticipatory action and not retaliating subsequently to regain the lost territories in 1962 and 2020?

We think that since the Hindu has had no sovereign state of its own in history, save the legendary state of Ayodhya, the Hindu has not inculcated the spirit of revanchism and resurgence .The Sikhs who have it are marginalized and there are no Sikh Army Commanders in the South, South West, Central, Western, Northern and Eastern Commands. Similarly in the Navy and the Air Force Sikh Commanders have disappeared.

Recruitments to the military and paramilitary forces have also seized for the Sikhs.

Since militarily the Hindu Indian state has failed miserably in taking on its adversaries on its borders, it has begun committing horrendous against its own minorities, Schedule castes, and Adivasi’s or Tribal populace. Rather cowardly, destroying the habitats of the minorities with bulldozers and in Kashmir under the wicked law Armed Forces Special Powers Act) which gives the security forces the  absolute right to kill, maim, torture, molest, rape, kidnap, abduct and detain a Kashmiri indefinitely, all with impunity. Even the Supreme Court which is the guardian of the constitution prefers to keep mum, though this law contravenes article 21 of the constitution.

We hope the senior military generals and the Tribune will ponder over these matters and tell us why the Hindu Indian state is crumbling at its borders and engaging itself into committing horrendous crimes against its own people?
