Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the Hindu Indian state has no vision and policy for solving the Kashmir political imbroglio.

Abrogating articles 370 and 35A, dissolving the legislature, reducing the status of the Kashmir state to a Union Territory, promulgation of draconian law AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act), killing Kashmiri Muslims under detention by the army and now banning the Tehreek-e-Hurriyat, indicates that the Hindu Indian state has no solution to the political settlement.

By banning the Tehreek-e-Hurriyat, where will the intelligence get information about the independent thinking of the Kashmiri people?

This organization will also go underground and information on the Kashmiri mind will suffer another death blow.

We do not think that the BJP-RSS under Premier Narendra Modi can govern the state without using state terror.
