Police Discipline, causality in AAP regime. Simranjit Singh Mann, Member of Parliament.

Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) thinks that the Punjab Police has no uniform code of dress.

Some of the officers in this page are wearing beige turbans and some are in light yellow coloured turbans, only the senior superintendent of police is wearing the prescribed khakhi coloured turban.

The government has issued modern jackets to all personnel but most of the force is seen in imported jackets.

There is also no uniform code for shoes and it appears that the Police force is out on a festival fair.

We think the discipline of the force has broken down under the present AAP Government regime.

We think the Union Home Ministry should check the falling standards of the Punjab Police and make them look as smart as the Union Para Military Forces.
