Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar states that the accord with the Naga’s also took palce some yeas ago but it has not been implemented so far.

Jawhar Lal Nehru in 1946, the then would-be first prime minister of ROI, J.L Nehru, stated ”the brave Sikhs of the Punjab are entitled to special consideration. I see nothing wrong in an area and a set-up in the North where in the Sikhs may also experience the glow of freedom”. This has also not been implemented.

In fact I as a elected Member of Parliament am not allowed time to speak by Speaker Om Birla.

We do not know how far the Hindu Indian state will go in implementing this accord with ULFA. Doubtful.
