Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the writer Mr. Abhijit Bhattacharyya has given a good summary of the Hindu Indian states military. Earlier our party had stated that 67% of the armed forces weaponry was obsolete. Now the army chief says that 44% of the arms are obsolete but the fact remain the Hindu Indian state has never had any experience of warfare except the battles won and lost in the Mahabharat.

However, the means to achieve equality in arms versus Islamic Pakistan and Communist China are like the Nazi authoritarian thinking, with which, our party does not agree, with the mind of the author. We believe a secular state would be better than the Hindurashtra.
