Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann:- Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that All these gentlemen mentioned in this news item never supported me in 1989 and 1990 when I was not as a Member of Parliament, allowed to enter Parliament, wearing my Kirpan.
It is strange that some times when a Sikh is stopped from practicing his religious rights, then he cries foul.
As Sikh’s and the SGPC and the Minority Commission we must ensure the Sikh’s wear their religious symbols at all times.
