Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that our party requests the Union Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah, while visiting Kashmir he will have a case of mass murder of 43 Sikhs of Village Chittisinghpura in Kashmir registered against the killers, those being from the Hindu states Army in 2000. This case may be handed over to the CBI as justice even long delayed leads to fairness and goodness.
