Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) condemns the actions of THIS against tenents of Islam and the hounding of its minorities.

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) is horrified that the BJP – RSS official spokespersons of the ruling extremist Union Government led by Premier Nerandra Modi have issued derogatory statements against Prophet Muhammad.
Our Party has been condemning the anti-minority policies of Premier Modi’s Union Government. We have condemned the placing of Shivlings in Islamic Mosques and on this pretext converting the Mosques into Hindu Temples.
In 1992 BJP- RSS fanatics led by LK Advani destroyed the Islamic Babri Masjid, thereafter the Union Government bribed Chief Justice Gogoi of the Supreme Court who gave a favourable verdict that the Babri Masjid was a Hindu Temple. Subsequently to this Premier Modi went to Ayodhya and laid the foundation stone of the Hindu Mandir there.
Now several other Islamic Mosques and historic monuments are in danger of being pulled-down by these raging anti-Islamic BJP- RSS mobs. They have targeted the Grand Mosques at Mathura, Islamic shrine in Ajmer, Qutab Minar in Delhi, the Taj Mehal in Agra, important Islamic shrines in Banaras.
In 1984 , the Hindu Indian state attacked the most Sacred shrine of the the Sikh’s, the Darbar Sahib (The Golden Temple) in a military ingress code named Operation Bluestar of 1984.
It was not the Hindu Indian Military alone but the then Premier Indira Gandhi and sought the help of British and Soviet Russian Forces. That day on 6th June 1984, the Hindu Indian state committed the heinous crimes of genocide, memoricide, vandalism and ethnocide of the stateless Sikh’s.
On 5th August 2019 the present Union Government of Premier Nerandra Modi abrogated article 370 and 35 A of the Constitution which gave a semblance of autonomy to the majority Muslim state of Jammu and Kashmir. It also dissolved the legislature of that state with the result that there is no democracy and rule of law in that state. It also introduced the draconian law AFSPA ( Armed Forces Special Powers Act.) which gives the security forces power to kill, maim, molest, murder, kidnap and detain any Kashmiri with impunity. Most popular Kashmiri Muslim leaders have been incarcerated and Yasin Malik has been imprisoned for life on frivolous trumped up charge.
Otherwise in the states of Madhya Pradesh, UP and Haryana, Muslim habitations have been bulldozed and their occupants left with no home or shelter.
Harsh and inhuman laws against the minorities have been legislated by the BJP – RSS Union Government, such as Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), the National Population Register (NPR), and National Register of Citizens (NRC).
The Rohinga’s are a minority Muslim sect in Burma who have been subjected to the crime of genocide. Some of them have fled to THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian state) but they have not been given political asylum, though our Party wishes to bring on record that Article 14.1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights clearly and unambiguously states that:
“Everyone has the right to seek and enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution.”
The Declaration on Territorial Asylum (1967) describes the principles on which states should base themselves in their practices relating to territorial asylum. One of the principles is non-refoulement: “the prohibition to forcibly send back a person to a country that is dangerous for the asylum-seeker. THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) has been consistently violating its own constitutional laws and obligations and International law.
In an nutshell this is the misery of the minorities in THIS(Theocratic Hindu Indian state) The UN Human Rights Commission and Organisation of Islamic Cooperation have taken no action against the denial of religious freedom to the minorities under the harsh and communal rule of the right wing and radicalised right wing BJP – RSS Union Government of Premier Nerandra Modi.
