Its stand for the anti minority legislations of the Union BJP-RSS Government such as AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act) CAA (The Citizenship Amendment Act), NPR (National Population Register), NRC (National Register of Citizens). General Rawat also had this un-secular streak in his blood.
