Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that why cannot a political party, legally registered, fight peacefully for the poor people who have no representation in the Government, meaning the minority Muslims. The Supreme Court has per article 14 of the Constitution must treat every citizen as an equal before the law.
