Since you and your government are taking steps to mend fences with the Taliban ruled Afghanistan, our party the Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) and I would request that, as promised earlier by the Modi Government, that the perpetrators of the murders of 25 Sikhs in Gurdwara Har Rai Sahib in Kabul on 25th March 2020 would be investigated by the NIA, but that could not be done as the USA was ousted from Afghanistan and your government henceforth having no ties with the incoming Taliban Government, could not make its promise good.

Since your government is now deep into the confidence of the Taliban government in Afghanistan. I would request that these murders of innocent Sikhs should be probed by an expert investigating agency and the accused brought to trial.
