Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that now it is established that the Hindu rightwing Union Government of Premier Narendra Modi gives a bad name to the minorities and tribal’s or Adivasis or aborigines, labels them as Naxalites (Communists) and shoots them in extra judicial killings which the rightwing judiciary from the lowest court to the Supreme Court above overlooks these illegal murders as article 21 states that no person can be deprived of his life and liberty without following the procedure laid down by law.

The same Principle is applicable to Jammu & Kashmir where under the barbaric law AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act) the security forces have the power to kill, maim, kidnap, abduct, murder, rape, molest, torture, detain any person for an endless time, with impunity, as the Supreme Court the guardian of the law overlooks these heinous crimes as the victims are Muslims, a minority along with the Sikhs in THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State).

Jammu & Kashmir now has an elected government and Mr. Omar Abdullah is the Chief Minister but he has never condemned or made efforts to seek the guidance of the Supreme Court and have this barbaric law removed from the law book.
