But for the BJP-RSS Union Government of Narendra Modi charity does not begin at home as it refuses to give reprieve to Sikh prisoners held in miserable conditions in jails for the last 32 years and some banished to Dibrugarh jail under draconian detention laws where a prisoner is not put on trial but like a savage community detained four years.

The government of Qatar should appeal to the Hindu Indian state to free all Sikh prisoners and to repeal the death sentence of Balwant Singh Rajoana.
