Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the National Human Rights Commission in Delhi must carry out a detailed investigation of these poor Muslim Kashmiri’s murdered in extra judicial killings by the army in Jammu & Kashmir.

In 2000 on the state visit of former President Bill Clinton, 43 innocent Sikhs were massacred by the army in village Chitthisinghpura of Kashmir and no investigation has been made in these barbaric killings of Sikhs. The National Human Rights Commission should also probe these foul killings by the army.
