Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that it is not only the Taliban that supports TTP but a greater power lends it greater support. As such the Taliban is just a minor player in this Game. The TTP was not in sight when in Karachi the American surveillance naval planes were destroyed. The TTP has a fresher history and Afghanistan is not the only country that supports it.
