Diplomatic row with Canada will harm Sikhs more than the Canadians. But truth must prevail. Simranjit Singh Mann, Member of Parliament.

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that our party does not support this crude form of diplomacy against Canada.

The main purpose of expelling Canadian diplomats is to give pain to the Sikh peoples.

The Sikhs are widely settled in Canada after their ethnic cleansing by Indira Gandhi and the Hindu state when troops of the Soviet Union, Britain and India’s own marched into the holiest shrine of the Sikhs the Darbar Sahib (Golden Temple) in what is now called Operation Bluestar of 1984.

Later that year Premier Rajiv Gandhi ordered the genocide of the Sikh peoples all over the country. In both these evil Nazi German like Operations Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi committed the genocide, memoricide, vandalism and ethnocide of the Sikh peoples.

Now the Hindu state is putting more pressure on Canada where the Sikhs have fled to and found a home.

The fact is that Canada, its Prime Minister Justine Trudeau has said in the Ottawa Parliament that the Hindu Indian states secret agencies have committed the assassination of a Sikh Canadian citizens Hardeep Singh Nijjar, Ripudaman Singh Malik and Sukhdool Singh.

All this is in breach of International law.

In a subsequent arbitrary order the Hindu Indian state has ordered that no Canadian will receive a visa from its High Commissioner in Canada to visit India.

This is affecting the Sikhs as they are the largest number of Canadians who visit India.

The Five Eyes Canada, USA, UK, New Zealand and Australia have supported Canada, in its allegations that Hindu India’s Intelligence Agencies have assassinated Sikh Canadians on Canadian soil.

All these dirty, inhuman and un-diplomatic happenings against Sikh abroad stem from the Cabinet Secretariat which comes under the Prime Minister. Now Mr. Modi in cohesion with the National Security Advisor Mr. Ajit Doval who has the intelligence agencies R&AW, I.B, Military Intelligence and Special Group affiliated with it.

This in a nutshell is the core base for carrying out assassinations of Sikhs here in this country and abroad.

Therefore, the assassination of Avtar Singh Khanda in UK is the dirty work of this separate government secret conglomerate which has also assassinated Deep Singh Sidhu in Haryana and Subhdeep Singh Sidhu Moosewala in the Punjab.

This conglomerate works with Israelis secret service Mussed and Shin Bet.

The field of work of this dirty group is in Kashmir where it resorts to killings of Kashmiris and Sikhs under the shadow of the barbaric law AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act) which gives the security services unfettered rights to kill, maim, kidnap, abduct, murder, rape, molest, torture, detain any person for an endless time, with impunity.

This law contravenes Article 21 of the Constitution which states that no person can be deprived of his life and liberty without following the procedure laid down by law. Yet the Supreme Court which is the guardian of the Constitution is not willing to strike this inhuman law and declare it ultra vires the Constitution.

This conglomerate also keeps a tight grip on the Sikhs in the Punjab and abroad in every country where there is a Sikh Gurdwara. Its agents in the R&AW keep a watch over all Sikh Gurdwara’s and Universities where Sikhs study. In brief the Sikhs around the globe are under perennial surveillance.

In 1947 the Sikhs perhaps did not think that the British after carving a Hindu state for the Hindus and Islamic states for the Muslims would leave the Sikhs to face arbitrary state killings, long terms in jails and continues humiliation and injustice.

But the Sikhs never forget. The Sikhs never forgive. The Sikhs fight on.
