Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that in the first place this was the height of stupidity by the Supreme Court to give immunity to corrupt lawmakers which is in defiance of article 14 of the Constitution. Sometimes the judges do not read and learn from their own Constitution.

There have been no Sikh judges of Supreme Court for a long time which has upset judicial balance.
