Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that we do not under stand why the Hindu Indian states Union Government, its External Affairs Minister and The Tribune’s editorial are in a denial state as the Canadian Government has forcefully told its Parliament, the world and its allies USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand that there is no doubt that the Hindu Indian state has done extra judicial killings in Canada of their citizen Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Surrey.
To begin with, the External Affairs Minister must be aware that the External Intelligence Agency (Research and Analysis Wing) R&AW does not come under or report to the External Affairs Ministry as UK’s MI-6 reports to its Foreign Ministry.
The world must also know that the National Security Advisor Mr. Ajit Doval works independently and is not responsible to the Parliament and not accountable also. His secret service funds and those of the R&AW, Intelligence Bureau are not audited by any department of the Union Government.
In the secret world there is a policy known as “need to know” and this is strictly followed. Therefore, the External Affairs Minister and the editor of The Tribune cannot be aware of what is going on since the Parliament that is sovereign, it too is kept in the dark.
In such assassinations by the Union Government, gangsters are hired and as per the reports of the Hindu Union Government there is no dearth of gangsters abroad and here.
Therefore, all the information regarding this assassination of S. Hardeep Singh Nijjar is in the possession of the Canadian Government through its police, Royal Mountain Canadian Police and the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) and it has been shared with the Intelligence Services of the USA, UK, New Zealand and Australian Intelligence Services. US President Joe Biden while visiting Delhi for the G20 meet had specifically informed Premier Nerandra Modi of this heinous crime.
Therefore, to deny by the Hindu Indian state that it did not committ the assassination of a Sikh Canadian citizen will not carry any weight. Criminals always deny the Commission of Crimes and in this case the Hindu Indian state is an example of this characteristic.
Since the birth of the Sikh religion is in India, and the majoritarian Hindu rules this country under which the Sikhs live under sufferance, the majoritarian Hindu Indian state has not only committed the crime of assassination of a Sikh, we can also say that the Hindu Indian state practices cannibalism which kills and consumes or eats its own people.
This is a serious crime and it has a potential of being considered equivalent to the abominable crimes of genocide, memoricide, vandalism and ethnocide, which the Hindu Indian state is responsible for committing against the stateless Sikhs since 1984, during the infamous military operation of Operation Bluestar of 1984 and subsequent events when thousands of Sikh bodies were cremated surreptitiously by the police and the security forces.
The National Human Rights Commission in Delhi had ordered an investigation into these barbaric inhuman crimes by the state. But unfortunately as the Sikhs were the hunted species of the Hindu Indian state, the National Human Rights Commission is yet to give its findings and it’s report.
Sardar Jaswant Singh Khalra was a devoted Sikh Human Rights activist how gave this report of the clandestine secret cremations of Sikh bodies.
Subsequent to his report he was killed in an extra judicial murder by the Punjab Police on the order of the then Director General of Police K.P.S. Gill. In the end we can state that the assassination of S. Hardeep Singh Nijjar is an abominable International Crime.
It is natural for the External Affairs Minister Mr. Jaishankar and the editor of The Tribune Mr. Rajesh Ramachandran to be in a denial state.
But such wicked misdeeds by the Hindu Indian state and its collaborators in the Hindu press like the infamous Mr. Ramachandran of The Tribune, such heinous misdeeds can never be kept hidden as the Hindu Indian states crimes against the Sikhs of genocide, memoricide, vandalism and ethnocide are now an open book as Mr. Rajnath Singh who was the Union Home Minister from 2014 to 2019 admitted in Parliament that it was genocide of the Sikhs.
In my presence in Parliament on 09th August 2023, Prime Minister Narendera Modi while addressing the House admitted what we quote verbatim from The Time of India dated 12th August 2023, PM Modi’s ‘attack on Akal Takht’ remark shift from Centre’s line “In a departure from the past and present Government of India’s position on Operation Bulestar, the Army action to eliminated Jarnail Singh Bhindrawala at Golden Temple in June 1984, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while replying to a no-confidence motion in Parliament on Thursday, called the move ‘an attack on Akal Takht’. So far, only Sikhs had been calling it an attack. ‘Akal Takht was attacked and it is still in our memory. They became habituated from Mizoram and due to this they went on to attack Akal Takht. This happens in our own country and here they are sermonising us’, said the PM, as he was taking on the Congress and actions by then PM Indira Gandhi’s government including use of air raid by Indian Air Force on ‘helpless citizens in Mizoram’ in 1966.’”
Now can any one deny after what Prime Minister Modi has said in the house that the hindu state does not committ such crimes against its peoples.
Therefore, it is the full truth what Prime Minister Justine Trudeau has said in the Canadian Parliament on 19th September 2023 that the Hindu Indian state carried out the assassination of a Sikh Canadian citizen Hardeep Singh Nijjar.
