Canada has enough proof of nailing the Hindu Indian state in assassinations of Sikhs in Canada.

Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that this is not the first time that the Hindu Indian state has been found on the wrong foot regarding heinous crime perpetrated by it in Canada.

It is not the first time either that Canada has communication proof about the assassination of Sardar Hardeep Singh Nijjar.

Prior to this, during the tragedy of the Air India Kanishka flight, Canada had expelled two Hindu India’s diplomats for their involvement in the Kanishka crime. Two Hindu Indian diplomats in Ottawa cancelled their flight to the Hindu state on board the Kanishka at the eleventh hour, causing suspicion that the Air India flight was doomed.

The Canadian’s also monitored the communication traffic between the Ottawa High Commission of the Hindu state and Rajiv Gandhi’s government in New Delhi.

But unfortunately at that time the Canadian government did not produce this evidence before the Major Commission that went into enquire this barbaric incident.

The coroner’s report of Ireland of the Kanishka disaster showed no evidence that the Kanishka flight dived into the Irish Sea after a blast in it. So this case also needs a reinvestigation.

The other point is that Talwinder Singh Parmar was a suspect for the Kanishka tragedy and the Canadian Royal Mounted Police wanted him for interrogation. But Talwinder Singh Parmar was arrested in the Punjab and killed in an extra judicial murder by the then Director General of Police K.P.S. Gill.

The point here is that if Parmar was involved in this pitiful disaster, why the Hindu Indian state did not produce him before the Canadian Royal Mounted Police for the investigation?

Therefore, the extra judicial assassinations of Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Surrey and Sukhdool Singh in Winnipeg are not the only crimes that the Hindu Indian state has committed in Canada.

As we know that the Hindu India’s Intelligence Agencies keep a round the clock surveillance of Sikhs in all the Gurdwara’s abroad.

Then the Hindu Indian state uses the stick and carrot policy to give visas to the Hindu state to Sikhs who cooperate with it and do not give visas to Sikhs who owe their loyalty to the country they have immigrated to and such Sikhs don’t cooperate with R&AW Officials. They are not given visas.

The latest cases of S. Gurdial Singh Atwal who is an elected Councillor of Birmingham Council and is the Chairman of Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) in UK. He had applied for a visa to the Indian High Commission in UK but he has been refused a visa.

S. Sarbjit Singh who is the President of the Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) in UK arrived the other day at the Delhi Airport and was harassed for four hours at the Airport by the NIA.

On 21st September S. Sarbjit Singh was called to Delhi at NIA Headquarters, where he was interrogated. He was told that if he does not cooperate with the NIA then he would not be allowed to go back to UK.

These along with the Kanishka tragedy and assassinations of Hardeep Singh Nijjar and Sukhdool Singh are the very latest cases of religious and racial discrimination of the Sikhs by the NIA. The rest the Five Eyes are aware of.

We think the Hindu Indian state and its National Security Advisor Mr. Ajit Doval now must speaks out as the skeletons in the cupboard have been revealed.

The QUAD Group meeting in which External Affairs Minister Mr. Jaishankar recently participated, for the good of this grouping, it is time that Mr. Jaishankar now spills the beans.

The stateless Sikhs seek justice as since 1947 they have been treated like Jews during the Nazi German era and now the Hindu Indian state treats the Sikhs with the same scorn and brutality.
