Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that our party does not understand why the Muslims in Islamic Pakistan are destroying Christian Churches.

We also do not understand why the Hindus in THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) are destroying Christian Churches in Manipur.

We also do not understand why Hindus in THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) have bulldozed Muslim properties and shops in Haryana.

These are crimes that need to be investigated by the UN Human Rights Commission as there is a feeling that Muslims and Hindus are acting like primitive barbarians.

The Hindu Indian state has also expelled Amnesty International from the soil of this land. The National Human Rights Commission and the Minority Commission in Delhi have gone to sleep and are not awakening themselves to tragedies taking place within the Hindu Indian state.

In Kashmir the cruel AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act) operates which empowers the Security Forces to kill, maim, kidnap, abduct, murder, rape, molest, torture, detain any person for an endless time, with impunity.

This law contravenes Article 21 of the Constitution which states that no person can be deprived of his life and liberty without following the procedure laid down by law. Yet the Supreme Court which is the guardian of the Constitution is not willing to strike this inhuman law and declare it ultra vires the Constitution.

In the end we feel that the British were amiss in granting independence to Muslims in Islamic Pakistan and Hindus in THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State).

We appeal to his Holiness the Pope and the Archbishop of Canterbury to intervene and bring sense and humility to these people destroying places of worship.
