Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar states that this is an important statement made by a former Governor of Jammu & Kashmir. It indicates how Kashmir is being governed and what we may see in the future. There is no democracy in this state since 2019 and the legislature has been dissolved.

It also indicates the growing power of the National Security Advisor who is not responsible to Parliament or any other statutory body. He excersies power without responsibility and accountability.

Even Governors of states implement his undemocratic and unconstitutional orders. This gowth of unconstitutional and undemocratic authority needs to be checked. These are dangerous moments in the history of this country. Sikhs stand for peace, democracy and safeguard of human rights.
