Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that we request Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai to plant picker seeds on the dump hill created on the Delhi-Karnal Highway. It is monsoon season and the seed will sprout, making the dirt hump hill look a little pretty.
