Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that with the rise of extreme Hindutva the Sikhs are becoming a rare species. There is no Sikh judge in the Supreme Court. There is no Sikh Chief Justice in any state. No Sikh heads the Navy, Airforce and the Army. There is no Sikh officer as a Secretary to the government of India.
