No one is against Modi but failure in democracy and putting all corrupt practices including demand for JPC should end all squabbles. Simranjit Singh Mann, Member of Parliament.

Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar states that it’s a miss conception that Prime Minister Narendra Modi thinks that attempts are being made to malign him here and outside the country.

The fact is Premier Modi has said that the opposition has got together because of his regimes drive against corruption.

Our party Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar state has said that our party fully supports a drive against corruption. But the fact is that the demand for a JPC in parliament against the corrupt practice of Mr. Gautam Adani is also in support of Mr. Modi’s drive against corruption. If the treasury banches and the opposition banches in parliament are on the same plane, then there is no contradiction between the treasury and opposition banches.

Therefore, both the antagonists should set together and jointly fight corruption.

It is a slur on the rightwing BJP-RSS Union Government that the parliament has ceased to function since February, March and April this year. This is a sign that democracy, the rule of law, Principles of natural justice, fair and free elections, an independent judiciary have almost packed up.

Premier Modi should examine these flaws and not blame his opponents and the opposition. Only a bad carpenter blames his tools.
