Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the party does not support extra judicial killings of any people, no matter what crime they are charged with as article 21 of the Constitution clearly states that no person can be deprived of his life and liberty without following the procedure laid down by law.

The DGP Mr. Gaurav Yadav must have a FIR filed and the investigation for murder must begin.
