Why the NIA is not investigating killings of Sikhs by ISIS? Simranjit Singh Mann, Member of Parliament.

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the National Investigation Agency (NIA) is detecting and arresting ISIS accused and suspects in bits and peaces, but not going whole hog after them.
What our party means is that the crimes against the Sikh peoples, the ISIS has been committing are not being investigated with integrity and honesty.
For instance, in 2018 the ISIS murdered 38 Sikhs in Iraq. During the roundup of Hindu Indian citizens by the ISIS, some Karela nurses were also held by this criminal organization, but then the Hindu Indian states Foreign Office intervened and had them set free, which act we have always supported, but since all Hindu Indian citizens are equal, why the Hindu states Foreign Office did not intervene in the case of the capture of Sikhs and have them set free?
In 2020 the ISIS attacked Gurdwara Har Rai Sahib in Kabul, Afghanistan and massacred 25 Sikhs in the premises, in a ghastly inhuman misdeed.
The Union Government of the Hindu Indian state stated that the NIA would investigate this massacre as then Afghanistan under the USA regime, the Hindu state had good relations with the government of Afghanistan. But it is unfortunate to state that the National Security Advisor and the NIA absented themselves from doing the duty and did not probe this dastardly massacre of Sikhs.
Even today we have not heard what the NIA and the National Security Advisor have done in the killing of Sikhs.
On 18th June 2022 the ISIS again murdered three Sikhs in Gurdwara Karte Parwan in Kabul. That case also awaits investigation and the Sikh peoples have not heard a word about its investigation and its closure till the present day.
On 01st October 2021 the ISIS murdered a Sikh Hakim in Peshawar, Islamic Pakistan. Again the Sikh peoples have not been informed of the capture of the assailants of the ISIS.
On 07th October 2021 a Sikh lady Principle was targeted and brutally murdered in Srinagar of Kashmir by the ISIS. By now we should have known what the NIA has done in its investigation in capturing the murderers and bringing them before the law. Otherwise from news reports the NIA has been very active in Kashmir but when Sikhs are killed, the NIA goes into a deep freeze.
We would like an explanation from the Union Home Ministry and the Union External Affairs Ministry, why action when ISIS kills and murders Sikhs, its intelligence agencies, investigating agencies and the National Security Advisor go cold?
This question is an important was the Sikhs feel that the Hindu Indian state has adopted extreme and cruel methods of having Sikhs and assassinated in foreign countries and here within the Hindu Indian state of which we produce the names and places of their killings.
Hardeep Singh Nijjar, Ripudaman Singh Malik, Sukhdool Singh in Canada, Avtar Singh Khanda in UK, Parmjit Singh Panjwar and Lakhbir Singh Rode in Islamic Pakistan, Deep Singh Sidhu in Haryana and Subhdeep Singh Sidhu Moosewala in the Punjab.
There appears to be a great prejudice and dislike for Sikhs within the Hindu Indian Government as the Union External Affairs Minister spent five whole days in Britain (11th November to 15th November 2023), which is unprecedented. In these five days he met British Prime Minister Sunak, Foreign Secretary David Cameron, Home Secretary James Cleverly and Labour Shadow Foreign Secretary MP David Lammy and asked them to curtail the freedom of speech and expression of the British Sikhs but the British establishment stuck to its historic code of liberty and told Mr. Jaishankar that the British had won their freedoms in the Magna Carta when King John signed it on 15th June 1215.
Since the Hindu Indian state and The National Investigating Agency has failed the Sikhs and their right to seek justice, now the NIA has become an Investigating Agency that has begun to haunt the Sikhs.
Whenever the Sikhs protest peacefully in USA, Canada, Britain, the Hindu Indian state raises the bogey that the Sikhs intend to harm the Hindu Indian diplomatic missions abroad and threaten their Foreign Service Officers deployed in the missions there.
After the Sikhs protest the Hindu Indian state intelligence agencies photograph the peaceful Sikh protesters and then in the Hindu Indian state the NIA arrests the protesters relatives or when they seek to go abroad to Hindu India, these relatives are harassed and at times detained aswell. So the situation for the Sikhs is rather murky and a sense of uncertainty is being created in the Sikhs who dwell in THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State). It is like Hamas taking hostages of Israel’s and holding them for ransom.
It is pretty dark for the Sikhs living in the Hindu Indian country and for me as a Member of Parliament, the rightwing Speaker of the House Om Birla makes sure that I not be allowed to speak and represent the voice of my people in the Parliament.
We think the Hindu Indian states Union BJP-RSS Government under Premier Narendra Modi should give up its hunt on the Sikhs as its trail has been lost but now it should concentrate on protecting its Parliament from external attacks and recovering the lost territories in Ladakh, 39,000 sq kms in 1962 and 2000 sq kms in 2020 and 2022.
That would be more fruitful as it was the Lahore Darbar (Sikh Empire 1799-1849) that annexed Ladakh in 1834 and made it an integral part of its Empire.
The Sikhs, to this day do not recognize colonial borders of the British regime in 1947 or the Hindu Indian regimes cartography of 1966 of the Punjab.
