Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the US President Mr. Joe Biden and his counterparts in QUAD have cancelled their respective visits to THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) as it is now obvious that because of the Human Rights violations by the Hindu Indian state and its policy in assassinating Sikhs abroad like Hardeep Singh Nijjar, Ripudaman Singh Malik and Sukhdool Singh in Canada and attempt to murder US citizen Gurpatwant Singh Pannu in the United States, there is a strong feeling on the part of the Western countries not to have a smooth relationship with the extreme rightwing Hindutva government of Premier Narendera Modi.

As proof of this deteriorating relationship between THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) and the Western allies we post a memorandum of the Hindu Indian states External Affairs Ministry addressed to its missions below.

This memorandum clearly indicates that the relations of the Hindu Indian state have taken a bash as the Indian External Affairs Office asks its missions to physically involve themselves with certain associations named in this memo, for fighting in the streets.

It is unclear to us why the External Affairs Ministry is preparing its Hindutva cadres in the West to prepare themselves for street fighting?
