Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that now it is a fact that the Hindu Indian state did assassinate Hardeep Singh Nijjar as Mr. Jaishankar says that “he also said the government was reviewing the security of its diplomats in Canada before restarting issuance of visas. But indicated any such move should not be interpreted as softening of India’s stand on the killing of Khalistani terrorists Hardeep Singh Nijjar” as The Tribune of 23rd October 2023 reports.
This is final that the Hindu Indian state did violate Canadian sovereignty and assassinated a Sikh Canadian citizen whom it designates as a terrorist.
Hardeep Singh Nijjar was never charged with an act of terror and without indictment to call a Sikh a terrorist and shoot him dead is like giving the dog a bad name and killing it.
Now if we see the status of Sikhs in the Hindu Indian state, it makes us believe that we have no right to live under Hindu rule as in 1984 the Hindu Indian state under Premier Indira Gandhi committed the genocide, memoricide, vandalism and ethnocide of the Sikh peoples and later that very year Premier Rajiv Gandhi committed the genocide of Sikhs all over the Hindu Indian state.
Mr. Jaishankar says that Canadian diplomats have been asked to quit Hindu India because the Hindu Indian state has taken this action under the Vienna Convention. If Mr. Jaishankar and his Hindu Indian state stick to international laws and the Vienna Convention piously, then our party asks why the Hindu Indian state has not signed and ratified the following UN protocols, treaties, covenants and conventions on Human Rights, some of them being:
1. 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.
2. 1951 Convention relating to the Status of Refugees.
3. 1954 Convention relating to Status of Stateless Persons.
4. 1960 Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples.
5. 1965 International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.
6. 1966 Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
7. 1967 Protocol Relating to the Status of Refugees. It is because there are still 30,000 Sikh Stateless refugees in Kashmir since 1947.
8. 1972 Treaty on the Limitation of Anti-Ballistic Missile System.
9. 1972 Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage. If this Convention had been followed, neither the Darbar Sahib, the Golden Temple would not have been reduced to rubble nor the Babri Masjid in 1992.
10. 1984 Convention against Torture and other Cruel Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.
11. 1984 Safeguard and guaranteeing protection of the Rights of those facing the death penalty.
12. 1995 Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.
13. 1996 Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty.
14. 1997 Convention on the Prohibition of the Use, Stockpiling, Production and Transfer of anti-Personnel Mines and their Destruction (the Ottawa Convention on the abolition of landmines).
15. 2001 Rome Statute, by virtue of which the International Criminal Court has been set up at The Hague.
16. 2010 The Convention on Cluster Munitions prohibits all use, stockpiling, production and transfer of Cluster Munitions.
The fact that if Mr. Jaishankar and the Hindu Indian state are innocent and have not assassinated Hardeep Singh Nijjar then why has Mr. Jaishankar accepted Z Security for his protection? If he, the Cabinet Secretariat, National Security Advisor Mr. Ajit Doval, Chief’s of R&AW, I.B. Military Intelligence, Special Group had nothing to do with the assassination of Hardeep Singh Nijjar then why have they all been placed under Z Security?
By accepting Z Security they have themselves made themselves culpable which means that Avtar Singh Khanda in UK, Ripudaman Singh Malik and Sukhdool Singh in Canada, Parmjit Singh Panjwar in Islamic Pakistan, Deep Singh Sidhu in Haryana and Subhdeep Singh Sidhu Moosewala in the Punjab have also been assassinated by these entities who are all not responsible and accountable to Parliament and their vast and unlimited secret service funds are not audited.
They have become a state within a state- imperium in imperio. These are very dangerous fascist steps towards which the Hindu Indian state is advancing.
On November 09th and 10th US Secretary of Defence Lloyd J Austin and Secretary of State Antony Blinken are scheduled to meet External Affairs Minister Jaishankar and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.
The US Commission on International Religious Freedom has recommended to the State Department that the Hindu Indian state should be listed as one which does not give religious freedom to its minorities especially Sikhs, whose Parliament the SGPC (Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee) which came into law in 1925, its elections have not been held for the last thirteen years.
Our party hopes that Mr. Austin and Mr. Blinken will convey a strong massage to their Hindu Indian counterparts that the extra judicial assassinations of Sikhs in Canada, UK, Islamic Pakistan, Haryana and Punjab will be put before the International Criminal Court at the Hague for trial of the Cabinet Secretary, National Security Advisor and heads of R&AW, I.B, Military Intelligence.
The US has given the Sikhs hope that they will live on as the US Justice Department and FBI have issued an adversary for the protection of Sikhs in the USA by marauding teams of the Hindu states Intelligence Services, killing Para Military Forces like Special Group.
