Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that Parliament is Supreme and all bodies of the government must come under its purview. But the National Security Advisor, Chief’s of R&AW, Intelligence Bureau, Military Intelligence etc are not accountable to Parliament which results in extra judicial killings and assassinations abroad, as in the cases of Hardeep Singh Nijjar, Ripudaman Singh Malik and Sukhdool Singh in Canada, Avtar Singh Khanda in UK, Parmjit Singh Panjwar in Islamic Pakistan and internally Deep Singh Sidhu in Haryana and Subhdeep Singh Sidhu Moosewala in the Punjab.

Their secret service funds are also not audited by the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG).

This point needs to be reviewed by every member of the public who wants good governance and accountability.

Without responsibility and accountability former Prime Minister Baldwin of UK said the exercise of power without responsibility and accountability is like the prerogative of the harlot down the ages.
