Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that this has not come as a surprise to Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) as Mr. Sharad Pawar was boosting his daughter Supriya Sule as the next leader of the NCP, but distancing his nephew Ajit Pawar from the top post in the party.
But the ideology of Hindutva and Hindu Rashtra has seeped deep into every Hindu, that he makes no distinction between a so-called secular party like NCP and BJP-RSS. Mr. Sharad Pawar has also left his options open and may himself jump into the Hindutva wagon.
