Let us see whether the BJP-RSS Union Government led by Premier Narinder Modi which has not allowed me to visit Jammu & Kashmir which is my right under Article 19 of the Constitution and if Kashmir to Kannyakumari is one country, whether Premier Modi will allow Mr. Gandhi to visit Jammu & Kashmir?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If Mr. Gandhi is allowed to enter and visit Jammu & Kashmir then as per Article 14 of the Constitution which declares all citizens are equal before the law the question would arise why I as an elected member of parliament and a Sikh whose ancestors in the Lahore Darbar (Sikh Empire 1799-1849) annexed Kashmir in 1819 when Kashmir was a province of Afghanistan, why my entry into Kashmir is banned as it also violates Article 21 of the Constitution.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is the country being run according to the Constitution or has this country been turned into a dictatorial theocratic state under the extremist BJP-RSS run by Premier Narinder Modi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
