We oppose this death sentence awarded by the Supreme Court. Death sentences in the Hindu Indian state are invariably handed down to Sikhs and Muslims. Whereas, the majoritarian\u2019s who receive life term sentences are released prematurely by the Hindu Indian state, especially in the case of Bibi Bano\u2019s rapists and her relatives murderers as on 15th August this year which the Hindu Indian state observers as Independence Day. These rapists and murderers were involved in the horrific massacre of Muslims in 2002 in Gujarat when Mr. Narinder Modi was the Chief Minister of Gujarat. Similarly the Abbot of the Sacha Sauda sect Ram Rahim who has been sentenced to life and imprisonment for rape and murder and is also accused for acts of sacrilege of the Sikh holy scriptures is also being regularly released on parole by the Hindu Indian state.
