This may be true but he must also add the crimes of genocide, memoricide, vandalism and ethnocide committed on the Sikh peoples and the Kashmir\u2019s currently in Jammu and Kashmir under the draconian law AFSPA ( Armed Forces Special Powers Act.) which gives unbridled powers to the security forces to Kill, maim, torture, rape, kidnap, abduct, and detain a Kashmiri indefinitely, all with impunity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color\"><strong>These brutal killings are against the Constitution\u2019s article 21 which states that no person will be deprived of his life and liberty without following the procedure laid down by law.
