We have always said that the BJP-RSS is like Hitler\u2019s Nazi party and capable of committing similar atrocities as in 2002 in Gujarat and presently in Jammu &amp; Kashmir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color\"><strong>The Supreme Court is the guardian of the constitution and it has not stepped in to declare AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act) ultra vires of the constitution as Article 21 states that no person can be deprived of his life and liberty without the procedure laid down by law. Under the law AFSPA the armed forces in Jammu &amp; Kashmir have the power to kill, maim, kidnap, abduct, murder, rape, molest, torture, detain any person for an endless time, with impunity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color\"><strong>We hope the Supreme Court will not act like Rip Van Winkle.
