But it would be too early to state that the Taliban has confined its activities to its country Afghanistan and there is no evidence that the Taliban at present has any intention of sending its fighters into the Hindu Indian state.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We must see that the rightwing extremist BJP-RSS regime in Delhi has let loose a reign of terror against the Muslim populace in Madhya Pradesh, U.P, Delhi and Haryana. It is bulldozing the colonies of indigent Muslims who have no state help in getting jobs and live from hand to mouth.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Kashmir the situation has boiled down to killing Muslims in extra judicial murders without any judicial review. The autonomous status of Kashmir has been abrogated which was guaranteed under Articles 370 and 35A of the Constitution. The legislature in Kashmir has been dissolved, democracy, in a nutshell has been thrown out of the window. The barbaric law AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act) empowers the military to kill, maim, kidnap, abduct, murder, rape, molest, torture, detain any person for an endless time.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This law contravenes Article 21 of the Constitution which states that no person can be deprived of his life and liberty without following the procedure laid down by law. Yet the Supreme Court which is the guardian of the Constitution is not willing to strike this inhuman law and declare it ultra vires of the Constitution.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand our party\u2019s information is that a Pan- Islamic movement is still alive and the Hindu Indian state is not out of the woods till it adopts a Constitutional path which gives equality to the Muslims and makes them feel as equal and honourable citizen as the majoritarian Hindu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We say this because American weapons of the Afghan occupation by the USA have begun arriving across into Kashmir and other areas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
