Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that our party disagrees with General Manoj Panday that the Chinese are keeping the border row alive.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We ask why the Army Chief does not have the Communist Chinese PLA pushed back to the LAC which they tress passed in 2020 and occupied 900 sq kms of Ladakh Territory.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a shame that the intelligence service, external affairs ministry, home ministry, military intelligence, National Security Adviser and the cabinet secretariat did not inform the Union Government in time and the armed forces were not ready to challenge this aggression.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The armed forces have only two duties, one to train for war and the other to fight a war. Why were the armed services found wanting to face this challenge as previously the Hindu Indian state in 1962 had surrendered 39000 sq kms to Communist China in Ladakh.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also wonder why the Opposition parties are not doing their duty for the country by challenging the Union BJP \u2013RSS Government for not protecting the borders of Ladakh and Kashmir. In fact Mr. Rahul Gandhi should visit the forces on the Ladakh border facing Communist China\u2019s PLA and have his drawing room, luxury living party men accompany him to boost the morale of the security forces and see whether they have the proper arms, clothing and protein rich food. We think this will whip the Congress party into action and the laggards and slackers will realise, instead of sulking and malingering and pulling at his mother\u2019s apron strings, these good for nothing will earn their spurs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
