Supreme Court must ensure article 21 of the Constitution is implemented and the draconian law AFSPA ( Armed Forces Special Powers Act.), which gives the right to Kill, maim, torture, rape, kidnap, abduct, and detain a Kashmiri indefinitely, all with impunity is declared ultra vires of the Constitution.
