Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that this sudden and peculiar death of a Musalman raises questions about his being poisoned to death in a Banda in UP. UP is a rigid and extremist Hindutva state, ruled directly by Premier Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah with some input by National Security Advisor Mr. Ajit Doval.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our party suspects that this Musalman who was in the eye of the extremist RSS-BJP, he was poisoned to death by administering the dreaded poisoned Polonium, a favourite poison which the Russian Intelligence Agency uses against its dissenters and other foreigners.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This very poison was used by the Hindu Indian Intelligence Agencies- R&AW, Intelligence Bureau, Military Intelligence under the supervision of the trio mentioned above to kill S. Avtar Singh Khanda, a Sikh nationalist living in UK on 15th June 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 27th December 2022 two Russian dissidents died under mysterious circumstances in Orissa. I called for an investigation into these sudden and unexpected deaths. The Hindu Indian state did not respond, though I am a Member of Parliament from the Punjab.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I call upon Amnesty International and other Human Rights bodies to inquire and investigate the death of the Muslim Muktiar Ansari.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Mirwaiz of Kashmir, a Muslim clergyman has again been detained in Kashmir as he leads the Islamic prayers every Friday in Srinagar which is under Hindu Indian army Administration where the dreaded law AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act) operates, under which to kill, maim, kidnap, abduct, murder, rape, molest, torture, detain any person for an endless time, with impunity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This law contravenes Article 21 of the Constitution which states that no person can be deprived of his life and liberty without following the procedure laid down by law. Yet the Supreme Court which is the guardian of the Constitution is not willing to strike this inhuman law and declare it ultra vires the Constitution.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Muslims and minorities must remain on their toes as the General Elections to the Parliament have been announced and the BJP-RSS wants to capture political power by hook or crooked means. This caution also applies to the schedule castes and the Tribals. Foreign women are also advised to postpone their visit to THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) until a liberal and democratic government comes into power in Delhi later in June this year.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
