Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the External Affairs Ministry states that THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) has an \u201cIndependent Judiciary\u201d. The Western Democracies have lost faith in the Hindu Indian state on the issue of delivery of justice, rule of law, preservation of Human Rights, Principles of Natural Justice and continued atrocities perpetrated on the minorities, schedule castes and Tribals.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the Supreme Court judgement on the Babri Masjid-Ram Mandir temple and the abrogation of Article 370 and 35A of the Constitution in Jammu & Kashmir, it is obvious that the Western countries do not view the Hindu Indian state as a working and performing democracy, as the guardian of the Constitution, the Supreme Court has also failed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Supreme Court has not taken cognizance of the 1984 beastly military attack on the Darbar Sahib (Golden temple) in 1984 and the subsequent mass murders of Sikhs which amount to cognizable crimes of genocide, memoricide, vandalism, ethnocide and religiocide of the Sikh peoples with impunity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, in the first instance of Germany being critical of Mr. Kejriwal\u2019s arrest, the Foreign Office has summoned the German envoy to its office at South Block. Now it has summoned the US Acting Deputy Chief of Mission Gloria Berbena in South Block. We think summoning Diplomats to South Block is a crude method adopted by the Hindu state when it knows that even sovereignty is not total but subject to International Law and the UN Human Rights Declaration.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The partisan manner in which the BJP-RSS Union Government under Premier Modi is functioning, we do not think that it is capable of, taking on militarily its adversaries on its West, North and East. The United States should reconsider its Defence treaty QUAD with the Hindu Indian state. Germany should also retain a silence since it does not agree with the kind of hotchpotch democracy that the Hindu Indian state practices, which has become like the Nuremberg Laws of 1935.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
