Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the Western Democracies have lost faith in the Hindu Indian state on the issue of delivery of justice, rule of law, preservation of Human Rights, Principles of Natural Justice and continues atrocities perpetrated on the minorities, schedule castes and Tribals.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the Supreme Court judgement on the Babri Masjid-Ram Mandir temple and the abrogation of Article 370 and 35A of the Constitution in Jammu & Kashmir, it is obvious that the Western countries do not view the Hindu Indian state as a working and performing democracy as the guardian of the Constitution, the Supreme Court has also failed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Supreme Court has not taken cognizance of the 1984 beastly military attack on the Darbar Sahib (Golden temple) in 1984 and the subsequent mass murders of Sikhs which amount to cognizable crimes of genocide, memoricide, vandalism, ethnocide and religiocide of the Sikh peoples with impunity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, in the first instance of Germany being critical of Mr. Kejriwal\u2019s arrest, the Foreign Office has summoned the German envoy to its office at South Block. But when the USA has criticized the Hindu Indian state on the same subject, it has meekly kept quite.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The partisan manner and in which the BJP-RSS Union Government under Premier Modi is functioning, we do not think that it is capable of, taking on militarily its adversaries on its West, North and East. The United States should reconsider its Defence treaty QUAD with the Hindu Indian state.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
