Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) party expects forthcoming Parliamentary poll will be unfair, reasons given. Simranjit Singh Mann, Member of Parliament.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the Hindu Indian state under Premier Modi\u2019s BJP-RSS rule has polarized the majoritarian Hindu country for the Parliamentary election to be held in the next two months.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The notification of the rules under Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019 (CAA), just before the announcement of the elections, besides the consecration of the Ram Mandir at Ayodhya by the Prime Minister, who under a secular Constitution cannot make such religious announcements, besides the Hindutva chant, resumption of Puja at Gyanvapi mosque, revocation of articles of the Constitution 370 and 35A, cultural reveal, Hindu outreach and other acts to influence the Hindu voters is clearly a positive step that the US has criticized the CAA.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this editorial of The Tribune the Editor states \u201cWestern allies need to repose faith in the Supreme Court, which will take up for hearing this week a bunch of petitions against the \u201cCAA\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this respect it must be said that the minorities have lost faith in the impartiality of the Supreme Court as it has not looked into the cases of criminality of the Hindu state in the 1984 military attack on the stateless Sikhs and demolition and desecration of the holiest Sikh shrine The Darbar Sahib (Golden Temple).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This military operation in conjunction with British and Soviet Russia, this criminal act was code named Operation Bluestar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi was responsible for this operation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Later that very year Indira Gandhi\u2019s son Rajiv Gandhi as Prime Minister was responsible for committing the heinous crimes of genocide, memoricide, vandalism, ethnocide and religiocide of the Sikh peoples. The Supreme Court kept mum.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 1992 the BJP-RSS in connivance with the Congress party Union Government of Prime Minister Narsima Rao demolished the historic Islamic Mosque- Babri Masjid with impunity. The Supreme Court kept mum.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2019 Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Mr. Ranjan Gogoi was saved by the Modi Union Government from prosecution after he had committed a sexual offence.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thereafter, in his judgement on the Babri Masjid issue he declared that the ancient Islamic Babri Masjid was a Hindu Ram Temple, for this decision Mr. Gogoi was given a bountiful sinecure and nominated for six years as a Member of the Upper House of Parliament, the Council of States.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The present Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Justice Dhananjaya Y Chandrachud decided the case of abrogation of Articles 370 and 35A of Jammu & Kashmir state which gave a semblance of autonomy to Jammu & Kashmir, in favour of the BJP-RSS Union Government, declaring that its abrogation by this BJP-RSS Union Government was just and Constitutional.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, we do not understand how the Editor of The Tribune states that Western allies need to repose faith in the Supreme Court.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We think that the 1950 Constitution has been over-run by the BJP-RSS Union Government of Premier Narendra Modi just like the Weimar Constitution was over-run by Hitler and his Nazi Party.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
