It has carried out assassinations of Sikhs abroad, Hardeep Singh Nijjar, Ripudaman Singh Malik and Sukhdool Singh were assassinated in Canada, Avtar Singh Khanda in UK, Parmjit Singh Panjwar and Lakhbir Singh Rode in Pakistan and Deep Singh Sidhu in Haryana, Subhdeep Singh Sidhu Moosewala were killed in Punjab.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2363981d55f90e4f9cb2510b017b7574 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The SVR assassination committee had on 23rd November 2006 poisoned a Russian Intelligence Officer Lt. Col.
