Our party is anxious to know whether the army officers responsible for these gruesome murders have been booked under the law 302 IPC.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong>We also do not know what action the Union and the state governments have taken against the brutal massacre of 43 innocent Sikhs in Village Chitthisinghpura of Kashmir in 2000. It must be recalled that these killings were committed during the visit of former President Bill Clinton and his Secretary of State Madeline Albright.
