{"id":17067,"date":"2024-01-01T11:32:21","date_gmt":"2024-01-01T06:02:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/akalidalamritsar.in\/?p=17067"},"modified":"2024-01-01T11:32:21","modified_gmt":"2024-01-01T06:02:21","slug":"comments-by-simranjit-singh-mann-192","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/akalidalamritsar.in\/?p=17067","title":{"rendered":"Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong><em>The Tribune dated 28th December 2023<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"695\" src=\"https:\/\/akalidalamritsar.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/t28.12.23-1024x695.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17068\" srcset=\"https:\/\/akalidalamritsar.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/t28.12.23-1024x695.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/akalidalamritsar.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/t28.12.23-200x136.jpg 200w, https:\/\/akalidalamritsar.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/t28.12.23-768x521.jpg 768w, https:\/\/akalidalamritsar.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/t28.12.23.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong>Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar states that killing innocent Kashmiri Muslims, the armed forces have not committed mistakes but this is the policy of THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) under the draconian law AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act) to kill, maim, kidnap, abduct, murder, rape, molest, torture, detain any person for an endless time, with impunity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong>This law contravenes Article 21 of the Constitution which states that no person can be deprived of his life and liberty without following the procedure laid down by law.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\">Yet the Supreme Court which is the guardian of the Constitution is not willing to strike this inhuman law and declare it ultra vires the Constitution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong>Cases of murder must be registered against the accused officers of the armed forces and exemplary punishments must be meeted out in all cases of extra judicial murders, including the massacre of 43 innocent Sikh\u2019s in village Chithisinghpura of Kashmir in 2000, when former President Bill Clinton and his Secretary of State Madeline Albright visited the Hindu Indian state and then Prime Minister was A.B Vajpayee. L.K.
