I see nothing wrong in an area and a set-up in the North where in the Sikhs may also experience the glow of freedom&#8221;. This has also not been implemented.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong>In fact I as a elected Member of Parliament am not allowed time to speak by Speaker Om Birla.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong>We do not know how far the Hindu Indian state will go in implementing this accord with ULFA.
