Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the law and order situation has deteriorated in Jammu & Kashmir, after the BJP-RSS Union Government of Premier Narendra Modi abrogated articles 370 and 35A of the Constitution on 05th August 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 12th December 2023, the Supreme Court of India ruled that the rightwing extremist Hindutva Union Government had rightly abrogated these articles of the Constitution, which gave a semblance of autonomy to Jammu & Kashmir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It must also be reminded that the UNSC in 1948 passed a resolution that a plebiscite take place in Jammu & Kashmir to solve, the vexed political imbroglio. But that resolution has not been implemented so far.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our party has times out of number said that the security forces operating in Jammu & Kashmir have been given draconian powers to kill, maim, kidnap, abduct, murder, rape, molest, torture, detain any person for an endless time, with impunity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This law contravenes Article 21 of the Constitution which states that no person can be deprived of his life and liberty without following the procedure laid down by law. Yet the Supreme Court which is the guardian of the Constitution is not willing to strike this inhuman law and declare it ultra vires the Constitution.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result of this, state terrorism, we place below a news item from The Tribune dated 23rd December 2023 with its caption- \u201cPicked for questioning, three found dead near Poonch encounter site\u201d, which we place below:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the National Human Rights Commission in Delhi must carry out a detailed investigation of these poor Muslim Kashmiri\u2019s murdered in extra judicial killings by the army in Jammu & Kashmir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2000 on the state visit of former President Bill Clinton to THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State), 43 innocent Sikhs were massacred by the army in village Chitthisinghpura of Kashmir and no investigation has been made in these barbaric killings of Sikhs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The National Human Rights Commission should also probe these foul killings by the army.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is clear in this news that the armed forces have murdered these three Kashmiri\u2019s- Safeer Hussain, Mohammad Showket and Shabir Ahmad.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the Hindu Indian state does not want to charge them (security forces) with acts of state terrorism and murder.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result we place below a news item from The Tribune dated 25th December 2023, captioned \u201cBrig among three Army officers shifted over death of 3 civilians\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This clearly shows that the Hindu Indian state does not want to take action against the accused for the dreadful murder of the detainees, Safeer Hussain, Mohammad Showket and Shabir Ahmad.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The state has merely transferred the Brigadier and three army officers under whose watch these three Kashmiri Muslims were killed in an extra judicial murder.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, all is not well for the minorities in THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) as we know that the Hindu Indian state, its intelligence agencies have assassinated Sikhs abroad like Hardeep Singh Nijjar, Ripudaman Singh Malik and Sukhdool Singh in Canada, Avtar Singh Khanda in UK, Parmjit Singh Panjwar and Lakhbir Singh Rode in Islamic Pakistan and within the Hindu state Deep Singh Sidhu in Haryana and Subhdeep Singh Sidhu Moosewala in the Punjab.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hindu Indian state has also attempted to murder a Sikh USA citizen Gurpatwant Singh Pannu in New York.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Western Democracies as a result have sent their top officials- Secretary of State Mr. Antony Blinken, Secretary of Defence Mr. Lloyd James Austin, National Security Advisor Mr. Jake Sullivan and the FBI Director Mr. A. Wray to THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) to probe these assassinations by the Hindu Indian state.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These assassinations have caused such dismay within the Western Democracies that American President Joe Biden who was to preside over the Republic Day Parade on 26th January 2024 and hold a meeting of the Defence pact QUAD- that too stands cancelled and the Prime Minister of Japan Mr. Fumio Kishida and Prime Minister of Australia Mr. Anthony Albanese, they too will not accompany President Biden and attend the QUAD meet scheduled to take place in Delhi then.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
