Shocking decision of Supreme Court that destroys democracy and liberalism. Muslims and minorities deeply hurt. Simranjit Singh Mann, Member of Parliament.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The judgement of the Supreme Court on the abrogation of Article 370 of the Constitution in Jammu & Kashmir is shocking, one sided and is against a widely held liberal opinion. Like the Palestine issue it has shocked the Muslim world and internally in THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) the minorities and liberals.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We think that after this verdict the Supreme Court and the Union BJP-RSS extremist government will act in tandem and declare India as a theocratic Hindu Rashtra or nation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We already know that the BJP-RSS share a common Swastika symbol with the Nazi\u2019s. Below we give a picture of soldiers wearing helmets like the Nazi German army helmets (Wehrmacht). This picture is in The Tribune dated 12th<\/sup> December 2023, which we print below:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is unfortunate that the Supreme Court has not declared the barbaric law<\/strong> AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act) as ultra vires the Constitution. This law gives freedom to the armed forces to kill, maim, kidnap, abduct, murder, rape, molest, torture and detain any person for an endless time, with impunity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This law contravenes Article 21 of the Constitution which states that no person can be deprived of his life and liberty without following the procedure laid down by law. Yet the Supreme Court which is the guardian of the Constitution is not willing to strike this inhuman law and declare it ultra vires the Constitution.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We had hope while reviewing article 370 of the Constitutions abrogation the Supreme Court would give a humane decision on AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act). But it leaves us disappointed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
